The photo booth does have Wi-Fi if needed and works best with a good Wi-Fi or cell signal so photos can be sent quickly. If the connection is limited, guests can still take photos and everything will send once service is available.

Yes, the booth can be used outdoors, but indoor placement is recommended to better control lighting. For outdoor setups, the booth should be shaded, on level ground, and protected from direct sunlight, heat, and wind.

Most home events qualify for overnight rentals at no extra cost, giving you unlimited time to enjoy the booth. Parks, HOAs, and venues that require same-day removal can select a Same Day Pickup option during booking.

Do you provide prints or is everything digital?

This is a fully digital photo booth. Guests receive their photos instantly via text or email. We do not offer physical prints, which keeps the experience simple, fast, and worry-free with no paper jams or printer issues.

How does the custom design and backdrop selection work?

During checkout, you can share your event theme and colors. After booking, we reach out to finalize the custom digital layout and backdrop choice. Standard backdrops include Black, Champagne, Pink Sparkle, and Marble Black & Grey. Custom backdrops can also be coordinated with enough lead time for an additional cost.

Do we get all the event photos afterward?

Yes. The host receives a private online gallery link with all event photos. The gallery becomes available as soon as the first photo is shared and is typically sent at the end of the night, but it can be shared earlier upon request.

How many people can fit in each photo?

About 3 to 4 guests fit comfortably in each photo, and a few more can be squeezed in if everyone doesn’t mind getting close. It works great for couples, families, and small friend groups.

Is delivery and setup included?

Yes. All rentals include delivery, setup, and pickup across the West Valley. Deliveries are typically done in the morning, and pickups are completed the following morning. Exact-time delivery and same-day pickup options are available for venues and parks that require it.
