A 20x20 tent commonly accommodates approximately 32–40 seated guests with comfortable table spacing. Higher capacities may be possible for ceremony or cocktail layouts. Buffet tables, bars, DJs, dance floors, and wider walkways reduce capacity.

We recommend approximately 25x25 feet of clear space. The area should be reasonably level and free of vehicles, furniture, low branches, rooflines, and overhead obstructions.

Grass or dirt is usually preferred for staking. Concrete, asphalt, pavers, and artificial turf typically require concrete ballast because the tent cannot be staked into the surface. Ballast is an additional charge when required.
