Not every event has enough electrical access for everything you need to run. This generator provides a dedicated temporary power source for essential event equipment when properly matched to the total electrical load.

Common Event Problems It Helps Solve

Your venue does not have enough available outlets Add a dedicated power source instead of overloading the building, patio, park ramada, or temporary event area.
Event equipment needs its own dedicated power source Support properly sized cooling, catering, lighting, sound, or other event equipment without depending entirely on venue circuits.
Swamp coolers or fans need power outdoors Keep cooling equipment running where permanent electrical service is unavailable or too far from the event setup.
Lighting is needed after sunset Power event lighting, work lights, tent lighting, and other essential illumination in temporary outdoor spaces.
Sound, DJ, or production equipment needs dependable power Create a dedicated power source for properly sized audio or production equipment instead of relying on uncertain venue circuits.
Vendors need a reliable place to plug in Support check-in stations, booths, small appliances, displays, charging equipment, or other event operations after the total load is reviewed.
The event is being held in a park, field, lot, or remote area Bring temporary power to locations where electrical access is limited, distant, unavailable, or not approved for event use.
A critical piece of equipment cannot simply shut off Use the generator as a planned power source or backup option for equipment that is important to the event experience or operation.

Not Sure Which Generator You Need?

Send us what you plan to power and we will help determine whether this generator is an appropriate fit for your event.

  • A list of everything you plan to power
  • The running and startup wattage for each item when available
  • Whether the equipment must run continuously
  • The event location and planned generator placement
  • The distance between the generator and powered equipment
  • Any plug, voltage, or extension-cord requirements
  • Your expected operating schedule and fuel needs
Important: Generator size must be matched to the combined electrical load. This unit is rated at 9,000 starting watts and 7,250 running watts. The “9,000 watt” rating does not mean every group of equipment can be connected at the same time. Share the equipment list with us before booking so we can help determine whether this unit is an appropriate fit.
Fuel Return Policy: Fuel is additional. The generator must be returned with the same fuel level it was received with or greater. If it is returned below that level, a refueling charge will apply.
Can this generator power a refrigerated trailer or refrigerator?

It may be a good fit, but refrigeration equipment can require substantially more power when the compressor starts. We need the unit’s electrical requirements and any other equipment that will share the generator before confirming compatibility.

Can it power swamp coolers or fans?

Yes, this generator can be used for event cooling equipment when the combined running and startup demand remains within the generator’s usable capacity. Send us the model or wattage of each cooler or fan so the load can be reviewed.

Can it power a DJ, speakers, or event lighting?

It may support audio, lighting, or production equipment, but the entire system must be considered together. Amplifiers, powered speakers, lighting, fog machines, mixers, and other equipment can create very different electrical demands.

Can vendors share the generator?

Multiple vendors may share one generator only when their combined equipment and startup demands have been reviewed. Each vendor should provide an accurate list of the equipment they plan to connect.

Does the generator include a wheel kit?

Yes. This generator includes an installed wheel kit to make positioning and handling easier at the event site. Final placement must still be outdoors on a safe, level, well-ventilated surface.

Is fuel included?

Fuel is additional and is not included in the $149 daily rental rate. The fuel level will be documented when the generator is delivered or picked up. The generator must be returned with the same fuel level it was received with or greater. If it is returned below that level, a refueling charge will apply.

Can the generator run continuously?

Extended operation may be possible with an appropriate fueling, inspection, and operating plan. Tell us how many hours the generator must run and whether the equipment will operate continuously so we can plan the rental correctly.

Where can the generator be placed?

The generator must remain outdoors in a safe, level, well-ventilated location away from doors, windows, tents, enclosed spaces, and guest traffic. Final placement must also allow safe cord routing and reasonable access for operation or refueling.

Are extension cords or power distribution included?

Do not assume that every cord, adapter, or distribution component is included. Tell us what equipment will be connected, the required plug types, and the distance from the generator so the correct setup can be quoted.

How do I know whether this generator is large enough?

Add the running wattage of everything that may operate at the same time, then account for the highest startup demand from motors, compressors, pumps, refrigeration, and cooling equipment. We recommend sharing the full equipment list with us instead of estimating from the generator name alone.
